When will you ship my order?
We will try to ship your order between 1 and 5 business days. Normally we won't send orders on friday and saturday because of the weekend! Some unexpected circumstances can delay our shipping, for example the extreme cold in December.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! You'll receive a Track & Trace code after we shipped your order. This code allows you to check the suspected delivery date and time.
How long will delivery take?
We're shipping with PostNL. This is the most reliable shipping service here in the Netherlands and orders from this country will arrive in 1-2 business days. So if we ship the order on a tuesday, the packedge will arrive at you doorstep on Wednesday and sometimes Thursday. This is also valid for Belgium. For the rest of the EU shipping could take up to 5-7 business days depending on the country.

Is it possible to pick up my order?
Yes, this is possible. Currently we're only open on appointment so you can send us an email or message us via our Instagram for making an appointment. We're trying to open up our storageroom/store once a week, but more information about this soon.

What do I do when my plant is damaged?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately plants are fragile beings and stuff like this happens. Send us an e-mail or message us directly via our Instagram and we'll figure something out!
